QAC Report to FQA Board

1. Web pages are up and all links work. There were some challenges in moving the proposals to the FQA website.

2. Phil, Bonnie, and Mey are care-taking the normal responsibilities of preparing for the QAC.

3. We have a proposal for a complex installation at Gathering from Amala Lane. There is a possibility for a QEW minigrant to support it. Is FQA interested in applying for this minigrant? (Mey has details.) There is interest from the EarthCare Center in collaboration.

4. Thoughts about sending an email to FQA membership inviting QAC proposals?

5. We would like to have one or more FQA individuals (Sandra will be one of them?) available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons specifically for FQA membership recruitment. The materials (exhibit, etc) need to be in Toledo (who has them and will bring them?) Last year it was mixed with volunteers in the art space and it got scant attention so it needs a dedicated person(s) this year. Is there a better place for it than in or just outside the art space? (With organizational displays?)

6. Can / will FQA provide some sort of display about Art of the Beloved Community? Who will do that and where does FQA want it to be?
