To join FQA, please fill out the form below. When you have completed this page you will be transferred to a page where you can create your personal or institutional membership profile for the FQA Member’s Directory. If, In the future, you wish to revise your membership profile, you will be able to do so. If you have difficulty with this process, email info@fqaquaker.org or call Jonathan Talbot at 845-726-6333 (9 to 5 East Coast time please).
If the dues prevent you from becoming a member of FQA, please send an email to info@fqaquaker.org describing your situation and we will find a way to make your membership happen.
